UPDATE: New trainer who is putting tons of trail miles on him. Great backyard trail horse prospect. Or if you're into competition he'll be great at competitive trail or endurance. Soooo sound, ground covering gaits, Arabian endurance. Goes out alone no attachment issues. Curious bold and confident. He will bond with YOU not another horse!
Gretzky is a sweet young Arab ready for his forever home. I've had him since he was weaned and he has been handled and trained since birth. He has a laid back personality, is not hot or spooky and is very friendly. He was started with natural horsemanship at my home and moved on to professional training at a wonderful facility as a 3yo. Although I would still consider him green since he's young he is an uncomplicated horse to ride and will make the right person an excellent longtime partner. He would be fine with an intermediate young rider or an adult who loves the breed and is looking for a sensible and sane Arab to love and enjoy. Great prospect for the trail or endurance and he has started going out, not hot or spooky nor does he have tons of "go" compared to most young Arabs. He is still learning to go in the bridle and working on rhythm in the ring, but he gets more solid everyday. Goes barefoot very sound and healthy and used to living outside with other horses. HE'S ONLY 4---Not pushbutton or finished so he is a match for those who are looking for a very nice safe horse with a good foundation but who are committed to continuing to bring him along with his training even if its in your backyard. All offers considered to a good home...TOO MANY HORSES.
