Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the ranch is blanketed by 97 luxuriant acres of rolling meadows and pastures. Interspersed amongst the foliage and fields lie three ponds and a ¾ acre enclosed biodynamic garden. This spectacular farm has been fully outfitted with state-of-the-art appointments for the avid and passionate equestrian. With years of stewardship, the owners have overlooked no detail in the construction of the riding areas, and all of the ranch elements are setup to continue the schools legacy. The property comes fully equipped with a barn, tack rooms, two public restrooms and a shower, laundry room, office, wash stall, indoor riding arena, 2 outdoor arenas, large grass flat jumping field, expansive double fenced pastures and sand turnout paddocks. In addition to the historically landmarked farmhouse, and cottage that are currently built, there exists a development right for the construction of a principle residence and related structures. It has been the intention to provide Boulder County with the highest quality horse care, instruction, and training in this all-inclusive Dressage Facility. Under the county-approved grandfathered use and grandfathered events, this farm can hold up to eight annual events, consisting of dressage shows, hunter/jumper shows, western shows and educational clinics and forums.
